CCTV Released Following Theft of Bank Cards From Elderly Woman

Thames Valley Police is releasing a CCTV images of two men officers would like to speak to as we believe they may have information in connection with an incident of theft.

Between 3.30pm and 4pm on Saturday 2 February 2019 the victim, an elderly woman in her eighties, was flagged down in her vehicle by a man who told her there was a problem with her car on Phyllis Court Drive. He proceeded to tell her he could fix the problem. As he was doing this a second man got into the passenger’s side of the car, appearing to help, and has stolen the victim’s bank cards from her bag.

The cards were later used to withdraw money.

Investigating officer PC Becky Taylor said: “I am releasing these CCTV stills as I believe the men pictured may have important information that can assist my investigation.
