Henley Royal Regatta 2021: Travel advice
Train operator Great Western Railway will double the frequency of service on the Henley branch line to support this year’s Henley Royal Regatta, but is warning customers services will be busy, and face coverings are expected to be worn.
Travelling to / from Shiplake on Wednesday to Friday or on Sunday?
Most trains towards Twyford will not stop at Shiplake.
Customers travelling from Shiplake to Wargrave or Twyford should travel via Henley-on-Thames and return where necessary. Customers travelling from Henley-on-Thames to Shiplake should travel via Twyford and return where necessary. Tickets will be valid to do this.
Saturday buses between Twyford and Wargrave
Trains will not stop at Wargrave on Saturday. All Wargrave customers should travel on the replacement buses to / from Twyford (shown with & symbol). Buses will depart from outside the station at Twyford and Wargrave. Non-folding bikes are not permitted on these services. Bike racks are available at both stations.
