Family Fun Programme for May Fayre on Monday

All the fun of the fair is back this May Bank Holiday Monday from 12.00-5.00pm.
There will be a fabulous range of stall holders providing sweets, popcorn, face painting, cakes, Tombola and other children’s games. There will also be several children’s fairground rides and visitors can enjoy some traditional games like Hook the Duck, Strongman and Coconut Shy.
There is a full programme of entertainment. See below for timings:

12.00 – Official Opening by the Mayor
Maypole Dancing

12.30 Laughing Ants
1.15pm Morris Dancing

2.00 Laughing Ants
2.50pm – Fancy Dress Competition – Jubilee theme
4.30pm – Tug of War Competition

Henley Mayor, Councillor Sarah Miller who is organising the event said “The May Fayre is such a lovely family event and I’m very happy that we have managed to organise what I hope will be a fantastic afternoon.  I look forward to seeing everybody in the Market Place on Monday”
