StageWorks Pupils Entertain at The Little Welly
StageWorks Performing Arts School took to the main stage at The Little Welly, Henley last weekend (11-12 June) to perform some of their musical theatre numbers from their Summer Show at The Eyot Centre. They also squeezed in a few musical numbers from Matilda, their upcoming show at The Kenton Theatre this November.
Emma-Jane, Founder of StageWorks says “performing is such an important part of a young person’s development, helping children with their self-belief, determination and confidence. We have seen students go on to Broadway, and become successful in the corporate world just by having that confidence it really does help children become successful young adults. It was great to see the students performing on the festival stage, and also watching the families enjoying the day, after a few years of not being able to take part due to COVID-19.
