Extraction of data direct into spreadsheets allows for the creation of specialised farm and estate plans which can be used for highly detailed farming and land management systems. Our plans are compliant with Land Registry requirements and have so far been used for planning applications, boundary matters, environmental management, general cropping, purchase and sale, development plans, estate management, sporting matters and more.
Valuations
Our RICS Registered Valuers are able to undertake formal valuations of the type required by HMRC for taxation matters and the like. We work with accountants, solicitors, beneficiaries and executors to produce such valuations in accordance with the latest edition of the RICS Valuation – Global Standards Manual. We are able to produce valuations for a wide range of assets including agricultural/rural properties, residential and commercial assets, development sites and more.
