Henley Synchro Club Wins Medals at Multi-Regional Competition

Henley Synchro Club took to the water for the annual Multi-Regional Competition held at Trinity Pool in Croydon at the weekend.

The 12U team consisting of, Alexandra Turner, Angel Green, Eleanor Whittle, Charlotte Beadsmore, Charlotte Jones, Georgia Hunter, Ruby Sarney, Iris Bennett, Isobel Buckner, Elora Wainwright and Izzobel Moorhouse who represented the Club with a lovely swim of their ballet routine to The Nutcracker. They were awarded the Bronze, missing out onSilver to Portsmouth by the narrowest of margins.

The 13/14 Team of Amelia Jones, Catherine Shearman, Courtney Moorhouse and Victoria Taylor received the admiration of the other teams with their fabulous gingham and denim costumes for their Line dancing routine, and received the Silver Medal.

It was Gold for the 17U team of Charlotte Patrick, Elizabeth Livesey, Louise Griffin, Poppy Gray, Stephanie Ridge andVerity Campbell, supported by teammate Millie Edwards who was unable to swim because she had tonsilitus. A well deserved medal which scored the second highest mark of the whole competition to Rushmoor’s 19U team.
