Have You Spoken to the Duke of Edinburgh? Contributors Needed for New Book

After the successful launch of “What The Queen said to me…” book, local author Chilli Chilton is looking for new contributors who have spoken to the HRH The Duke of Edinburgh for a new book “What The Duke said to me…” .

“What The Queen said to me…” features many local residents and is a collection of anecdotal stories by people who have had the privilege of meeting and having had the Queen speak to them. The stories are a little glimpse into the Queen’s personality as told by the people who have met and spoken to her – detailing the back story that led up to that pinnacle moment when the Queen was all theirs for that small moment in time.

Chilli said, “I have decided to tentatively embark on a second book, a rather amusing: “What The Duke said to me…” If you have any stories that pertain to conversations with HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Phillip, then please do get in touch. Any story will be considered, long or short, amusing or serious and from any time or event in the far or recent past, so long as there is a point to the story or a punchline. The Duke is such a character and I am looking for genuinely good/amusing/charming stories not ‘dishing the dirk’ or ‘unearthing great secrets’ type stories.”

Please email Chilli at chiltonchilli@yahoo.co.uk with ‘WTDS and your name’ in the subject line.
