Henley Mayor, Councillor Kellie Hinton is calling for performers to enter Henley’s Got Talent on Saturday 3 February at the Kenton Theatre.
The event is open to anyone with absolutely any talent from acrobats, dancers to comedians and musicians. There will be two shows – 2pm for children in Years 1-6 and 7pm for young people in Years 7-13. To sign up to perform email firstname.lastname@example.org before the deadline of 26 January. Rehearsal will take place on 3 February.
All proceeds will go towards the Mayor’s official charities – Badgemore, Sacred Heart, Trinity and Valley Road primary schools.
Kellie said, “I’m really grateful that even with their increasing popularity, the Kenton has managed to squeeze in a whole day and night for us to be able to raise funds for my chosen charities this civic year, four Henley primary schools. I’m really excited about being able to showcase our stunning young people and have some fun. It would be great to have poetry readers, comedy, sketches, fire eaters(!), singers, dancers, acrobats and all sorts on display! We already have some brilliant performers lined up so I would also urge anyone wishing to come to book tickets sooner rather than later!”
Tickets: Adults £10, Student & Child £6
