Phyllis Court Club is seeking a confident and organised individual to assist the Sales and Events team in the smooth running of all administrative matters.
This is a busy and varied role that requires the successful candidate to take responsibility for duties including administering both event diaries for Members and external functions, updating and issuing function sheets, organising tasting lunches, booking and organising internal meetings, producing function packs, promptly issuing invoices, booking and issuing tickets, liaising with the other departments as necessary to keep event details up to date.
The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and will have previous experience in an administrative, events or organisational capacity with excellent teamwork, customer service and attention to detail.
Computer literacy, knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as exceptional time management and prioritisation skills are essential.
