Mother’s Appeal for Late Son’s Missing Personal Belongings

The mother of Daniel James who tragically lost his life in the early hours on 17 March after being hit by a number of vehicles on the Marlow Road is appealing to the public to try and find some of his personal belongings.

Daniel, aged just 30, had only just moved to Henley from Bracknell for a job as a chef de partie at the Bull on Bell Street before his tragic death.

Linda Wellsteed, Daniel’s Mum said, “During the evening of 16 March and early hours of 17 March, my late son was out in Henley where he managed to lose his iPhone, key, wallet and thick black rimmed glasses.  The wallet would contain bank cards and an Autism Awareness Card, all with his name on.  He also had an orange Sainsbury bag as seen on CCTV that we know was  in his possession.  All these items have not been found along the route he took before his tragic death on the Marlow Road (A4155).”

If anyone has any knowledge of these items however small, please contact Thames Valley Police on 101.
