Henley Music School is a fun, inclusive charity providing all aspects of music education to anyone regardless of age, ability, background or means.
We currently have the following vacancies at Henley Music School:
• Violin tutor
• Singing teacher
• Band leader
• Drumming & percussion teacher
All HMS tutors must be kind, pro-active, good communicators. Excellent organisational skills are essential and some time flexibility is also vital. An understanding of learning difficulties found in children a must, we are inclusive and our aim is to spread the love of music.
At HMS we don’t take a cut from the fees paid for individual lessons. We pay £35 per hour in schools and £37 when teaching at students homes- all of which goes to the tutor.
Lesson observations will be held annually, and a full DBS applied for, along with Prevent Duty, Safeguarding and in some instances Pediatric First Aid.
If you would like to join the HMS family, please email Laura Reineke with your CV, the details for two referees and a covering letter explaining why you would like the position and how you fit the job description.
