After concerns raised by the public about youth drug use and supply within Henley, the neighbourhood team are encouraging the public to visit any of the planned Have Your Say/Crime Reduction Events to assist in tackling this issue (see dates below).
A middle aged male and female, known to Police, convicted for fraud and obtaining money under false pretences, have returned to Henley. They have been seen frequenting coffee shops in the town centre. They will claim to be married, homeless and sleeping in their vehicle and that they are waiting for a large amount of money that is owed them. We urge the public not to allow this couple into their homes or give them money. If you are approached by this couple and they attempt to extract money or assistance they want you to pay for, please contact the Henley Neighbourhood Team (contact details below).
The Neighbourhood Team will be holding a Crime Reduction Event in Market Place Henley on 20 October between 3-5pm
Have Your Say Meetings
17 October at Badgemore School between 3pm and 3.30pm
27 October outside Henley College between 2-3pm
