Thames Valley Police is releasing a CCTV image of a man who may have vital information in relation to a burglary investigation in Henley-on-Thames.
The incident occurred at around 1.30pm on Friday 28 December 2018 at the Spoon Deli and Café in Duke Street.
A man entered the store and went into a staff area where there was a safe. He was challenged by staff and he said he was looking for the toilets. Staff directed him to the toilets, but the man then left the store with money taken from the safe. A quantity of cash was stolen during the incident.
Investigating officer PC Ollie Sykes, of the Investigation Hub based at Didcot police station, said: “This incident happened during a busy time of the day, and I believe that the man pictured may have important information that may assist my investigation. I would urge anybody who recognises the man to contact police.”
