Looking for something different for your kids to do in half term outside in the fresh air? Mud & Guts is an outdoor adventure company for children are hosting two days of outdoor workshops at Stonor Park on Wednesday 29 and Thursday 30 May.
Mud & Guts, based in Wiltshire have been teaching children how to build shelters, light fires and not get lost in the woods for eight years.
There will be two sessions per day; 10am-12noon for 5-7 year olds (£25) and 1pm-4pm (£35) for ages 8+, although ages can be flexible.
Troops will be entertained with games (capture the flag, ‘camo’ hide n’ seek, manhunt) quizzes and bushcraft challenges such as den building, fire lighting & whittling & navigation and tracking skills.
Children are asked to come suitably dressed in loose comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty and come with their own water bottle.
