Shiplake Bowling Club Invites You to Join Them

Shiplake Village Bowling Club is slowly starting to emerge from Covid-19 lockdown, but not quite as they had planned in their Centenary year.

Their Green has been kept in tip top condition with the hard work of a few volunteers.

Clare Gutteridge, Secretary at the Club said, “Having opened the Green to members on 6th June for roll-ups or singles play we have now progressed to pairs and are trying something new this Sunday 5 July at 2.30pm with Irish Bowls and ‘Points’ on Monday.  With the continued support of our members and sponsors and having received a Government grant we plan to see out the season and celebrate our Centenary Plus 1 in 2021.”
