Situation Vacant – Caretaker

Full time (37 hours per week) or part time, all year round. 

£18,933 – £19,312 per annum (pro rata for part time)   

Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, our site team contribute to the smooth operation of the school site by maintaining high standards of maintenance and cleanliness.  As Caretaker, you will play a key part in this.

With a flexible approach and the ability to prioritise your work, you will carry out duties including site security, maintenance and improvement, carrying out routine H&S testing, dealing with deliveries and assisting with the preparation of the school hall and classrooms for school events as required.

This role involves shifts and some weekend working.

Experience of building maintenance or construction would be advantage. The ability to work in a team is essential, as is a willingness and suitability to work around young people. You should be comfortable with IT.
