Henley Festival Postponed to September
After an incredibly challenging 12 months, Henley Festival will be moving their traditional dates from July to Wednesday 15 to Sunday 19 September 2021 and will be bringing to the mix a super-charged brand new pop-up party that will take place from 8–10 July ahead of the main festival.
The 2020 line up of Madness, James Blunt, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Sara Cox with Kathy Sledge of Sister Sledge will be performing and replacing Myleene Klass and The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra on the Floating Stage on Sunday 19 September will be an unforgettable experience Don’t Stop Me Now of Queen, ABBA and the Bee Gees in a rock and symphonic spectacular with the English National Orchestra.
The new pop-up “party” will feature celebrity DJ sets at Temple Island Meadows from 8-10 July subject to a licence being approved.
The Festival will be build their own infrastructure as close to the one normally provided by Henley Royal Regatta but they are considering building the stage on land rather than the floating river stage.
All tickets for each night will automatically be transferred to the new dates.
