Silas is passionate about how cattle should be raised and, contrary to much of the press giving beef a bad name, argues that beef can be produced locally and organically, in a sustainable way that is better for us as consumers ( healthier and tastier) and for the environment. At English Farm they aim to be carbon negative, sequestering more carbon into the soil through good pasture management than they are emitting.
