The Trustees of the Henley Youth Festival would like to appoint a Clerk to the Trustees.
The Clerk will be responsible for attending meetings which take place in the evening and taking minutes, booking venues, preparing agendas for meetings, ensuring risk assessments and Safeguarding policies are completed/maintained, obtaining quotes for and organising insurance, sending out marketing emails via Mailchimp in advance of events when required and maintaining our database of contacts, maintaining an excel spreadsheet of contact details for Committee, managing the HYF email account, coordinating and maintaining accurate records of photo permissions from schools in advance of HYF and ensure it is shared with all event organisers and other relevant admin tasks.
Approx half day a week, £12/hr. Flexible hours, so suitable for working around family life.
