Roaring Tigers ‘n’ Tiaras Boutique Opens Its Doors

Tigers ‘n Tiaras is a new children’s clothes boutique which opened in Duke Street on Monday in the former Estilo womenswear shop.

The boutique sells clothes for babies up to teens.  Owner Maria Loggie said “I’ve wanted to open a shop for 10 years. The time was right for me personally and also it’s a good time to open after lockdown as people are wanting some normality. I came up with the name to cover an image relating to both boys and girls, that was catchy, whilst Ben Hargreaves from in8 came up with the great logo and helped me create my website. ”

The shop stocks top children’s brands that you would normally find in high end London shops with items that are manufactured with minimal environmental impact and to the highest ethical standards. They include funky street style clothes from Nu Nu Nu. Bright swimwear and t-shirts from Sunuva, environmentally friendly organic baby wear from Viverano Organics and newborn to 3-6 month gift boxes from Kissy Kissy.

Maria has used local products and services to fit out the shop.   Sarah Copland Interiors project managed the shop-fit out which has striking tiger wallpaper and has worked with Maria to execute her vision for the shop with statements pieces (a large chandelier and a large triangular shaped sofa) she wanted.  Maria bought the large display table from Montpelier Interiors on Duke Street which was then gold leafed by Sharon from the Restoration Queen and a street-art tiger painting from The Lemongrove Gallery.

Maria and her team looking forward to welcoming you to the new shop.  More details can be found at https://www.tigersntiaras.co.uk/
