Stonor Park to to Host Great School Run

The first Great School Run will be hosted at Stonor Park on Saturday 18 June from 9am with a series of cross country races around the beautiful park.

All children (aged 3-16) of schools and nurseries local to the Henley area are invited to run in their year groups cheered on by everyone watching plus there’s some grown up races too split into Mums and Dads races.

The event is FREE to enter although donations are invited to support Ukraine and there will be a collection bucket on the day, with a suggested donation of £2 per race.  The booking page is now open and will close on 4 June.  Places are limited.

Children will need to be under their guardians’ strict supervision at all times but will be encouraged to run their races independently. There will be ‘hares’ showing little ones the way around the course.  There will be certificates for all finishers.

There will be free parking and toilet facilities available on the day and the possibility to buy drinks and snacks on site.

All participants are eligible to book discounted entry to the exciting Tumblestone Hollow adventure playground for after the event.
