GETCALMER YOGA COURSES
Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga – Mondays – 7.30pm-8.45pm
This is for the more seasoned yogi, with at least one years continuous yoga practice. A strong, challenging flowing class, which also includes pranayama and relaxation. Be prepared to work hard!
Beginners/Improvers Yoga – Thursdays – 7.45pm-9pm
This is a more gentler, hatha inspired class. Learn the basic principles of yoga, including pranayama ( breathing), asanas, (poses) and relaxation (the best bit!) Suitable for all ages.
Pre-natal Yoga – Wednesdays 7.30pm-8.45pm
Prepare your mind and body for pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond. Learn to stretch, tone and relax during your pregnancy and make new friends! Suitable for complete beginners to yoga.
Post-Natal Yoga (babies come too!) – Thursdays – 10am-11.3
