As part of their 60th anniversary celebrations, Sue Ryder are holding a vintage champagne afternoon tea cruise on The New Orleans on Sunday 19 May. Why not treat your Mum for Mother’s Day and help to raise vital funds for your local hospice – tickets are on sale now for £50 which includes full afternoon tea, champagne, tea and coffee. There will also be the chance to win a prize in the luxury raffle, tickets will be on sale on the day and entertainment will be provided by The Thames Valley Chorus.
The event is being organised by the newly formed Henley Fundraising Group, supporters of Sue Ryder, who have come together to run local fundraising events. One of the group Toni Aitkin of Henley said: It’s been great fun organising the afternoon tea and I hope everyone who joins us has a lovely time.”
