Men! Come and sing with Henley Choral Society – NO auditions

Henley Choral Society is looking for men! On Saturday 14^th March we shall be performing the sublime Bach St John Passion at St Mary’s. The Evangelist will be sung by Nicolas Mulroy – widely regarded as an outstanding performer in this role. There is just one problem. Wonderful sopranos and altos we have. Our bass section – boosted by recent recruitment –  is  rumbling along beautifully. But we could really do with some additional talent to join the tenor section.

Do you know any tenors who would love to return to singing as part of a big chorus under an exceptionally talented and dynamic young conductor, Benjamin Goodson? Could this be YOUR chance to return to singing? Many of our members have previous experience of singing in a choir (there are even a few choral scholars tucked away in there) but there are NO auditions. All that is required is the desire to give our tenor section some extra welly and availability 7.30pm – 9.30pm Monday evenings at d:two, Marketplace, Henley.
