Francis Rock is opening a new health clinic at 6a Greys Road in Henley. Frances is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncturist with a specialism in infertility and reproductive health. Francis has recently moved back to the UK from Canada where he was on staff at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto for 8 years.
He graduated as Dr. of Traditional Chinese Medicine from the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Vancouver and is a Registered TCM Practitioner and Registered Acupuncturist in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (C.T.C.M.P.A.O.) He completed post graduate studies at the Anhui Hospital of TCM in China, and has been working for the past 12 years in Canada where he worked closely with one of the biggest IVF clinics.
As well as Chinese medicine and acupuncture, Francis will be offering Advanced Allergy Therapeutics (AAT) from the United States, the first practitioner of this, in Europe. AAT is a non-invasive treatment which treats the symptoms of allergies using a digital transmission cuff linked to a computer and then pressure applied to pressure points on the spine. It can treat unusual allergens including sunlight which Francis says, “no one has the answer for.” For more info about this go to http://www.allergyreliefclinic.co.uk/
Francis said, “I moved back to the UK as my Dad sadly passed away last year and my Mum is on her own. I chose to open a clinic in Henley as I love the area and I think it has a good demographic for people who need my help with tackling chronic issues along with allergy problems. I genuinely want to help people which is why I will be offering affordable treatments.”
“Chinese herbal medicine takes a ‘wholistic’ approach to understanding normal function and disease processes and focuses as much on the prevention of illness as on the treatment. My Chinese medicines are pharmaceutical grade granular extracts which have proven to be clinically highly effective and very safe. We find that this ‘modern’ approach to be convenient for patients as the formula can be taken as a tea by dissolving the powder in boiled water.”
Francis looks forward to welcoming you to his clinic.
