Three men, aged 23, 24 and 26, who had been arrested on suspicion of rape at Henley Regatta on Sunday 2 July have recently been released without charge.
The victim, a women aged in her twenties, between 12am and 2.30am on Sunday (2/7) left the Chinawhite enclosure at the Henley Regatta with a party of people who she had met there.She walked to a residential street in the Harpsden Road and Reading Road area of the town to a car where she was subsequently raped outside the vehicle.
Thames Valley Police spokesperson said, “Following extensive enquiries, including CCTV and forensic work, the investigation has concluded pending any new lines information coming to light. The victim continues to be offered support.”
