Symphony Orchestra Children’s Christmas Concerts
Henley Symphony Orchestra is at home in Christ Church Henley on Sunday 10 December with two concerts of short well known pieces and carols for the audience to sing.
The first one is for 2-6yr olds and their families. This is an opportunity for little ones to listen and be close to a symphony orchestra, all made fun by compere Andy Baker with his double bass.
The second is for anyone above the age of six! Included in the programme are Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Suite and Bach’s suite no3 whose second movement is well known as Air on a G string, carols for all and followed by mulled wine and mince pies with the orchestra.
The little one’s concert begins at 4.30pm and lasts about 45 minutes.
The second begins at 6.30pm.
