Henley Quakers invite you to wander and reflect in their peaceful secret garden behind the Meeting House in Northfield End on Sunday 20 May between 2-5pm as part of the Chelsea Fringe Henley programme.
This a delightful, informal space, stretching down between the flint walls and shrubs to the old orchard at the far end, where wild flowers grow. On the way you will pass flower beds, flowering trees and the veg patch. You will find seats and rugs (weather permitting) where you may like to just sit quietly among the scents and natural sounds of this special place. Perhaps the space will inspire you to write or draw in our notebooks. Or you may wish to seek out quotations hanging from the trees to use for personal reflection.
Up by the Meeting House, or inside if it is chilly, we will be serving tea and cake.
