We are looking for a fun, vibrant, enthusiastic Chef to work in the kitchen in our cafe/deli in Henley on Thames.
We are no ordinary mainstream cafe/deli operation… we are very different; all food is made fresh using the finest quality seasonal ingredients.
There is a call order healthy breakfast and brunch menu along with an amazing selection of freshly baked pastries, homemade grab & go items, deli sandwiches, homemade soups, ‘Ottolenghi style’ salads, homemade cakes and lots more!
Our ideal candidate will be a real team player and someone who will help support the team across the full operation. You will be well presented as the kitchen is open plan to customers, you must have a real eye for detail, be up to date with modern food trends and be ambitious in your plans to drive ideas and revenue!
We are offering a wonderful package for the right person which will be based on experience, a generous holiday allowance, fantastic working conditions and career development.
Working hours are generally 0700 to 1500. You will be required to work Saturdays and Sundays as they are the busiest days but you will have two days off in the week…… remember you will have the evenings to yourself 7 days a week!!!
A driving license and vehicle is required as the prep kitchen is located a short 5 minute drive from the cafe/deli. The prep kitchen is fully equipped with modern kitchen appliances & storage.
