Phyllis Court Club is a lively & busy country house Club on the banks of the River Thames at Henley. We offer first-class dining, accommodation, social & sport facilities for over 3000 members.

The Role

We have a vacancy for two full time Food Service Supervisors to join our dynamic Food and Beverage team. Reporting to the Front of House Manager you will be required to maintain high levels of service in the Orangery restaurant, and to ensure the complete satisfaction of members and visitors to Phyllis Court. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Food Service areas in the Club along in line with our Customer Service values.

The ideal candidates will be happy to work shifts including weekends and be located within commuting distance of the Club; or staff accommodation may be considered if required.

The Person

Ideally you will have had previous supervisory experience, ideally in a food and beverage related environment or a strong, experienced Food Service Assistant with the potential to develop in to a Supervisory role. You should have exceptional customer service skills and enjoy conversing with Members and visitors to the Club. You should be a clear communicator and be able to demonstrate great team work.

Basic Food Hygiene and basic Health and Safety Certificates are advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.

The Salary

£20,000 p/a
