Stand Out From the Crowd – Men’s Fashion at Henley Regatta
This year’s fashion trend of bright colours seen on the catwalks are proving popular colours for men’s trousers this year for Henley Regatta according to Laurence Morris of Laurence menswear on Duke Street.
Laurence always has an excellent range of rainbow coloured chinos and this year bright orange is proving popular to make a statement. Laurence said, “Henley is the one event in the social calendar that men can really express themselves through fashion.”
As well as chinos from Brax, Laurence has everything else you need to complete your outfit – blazers/jackets, shirts, ties, belts, shoes and panama hats. Whether you’re looking for a traditional look of a striped blazer and tie, the fashion trend of a smart jacket with colourful chinos, or a just a pair of smart shorts Laurence Menswear has a brilliant range of men’s fashion to suit all tastes and occasions. This year’s blazer range is from Santinelli which are Italian influenced, genuine Panama hats from Pachacuti and silk ties from Van Buck that are made in England. The range of shoes from Loake includes some great comfortable loafers – perfect for that long day out at the Regatta.
The Henley Regatta is always a busy time for Laurence and he loves to celebrate it with a specially designed painted window created by Charlotte Cavanagh each year. This year the window features Laurence’s puppy, Buster who has been a member of the team since February.
Pop in to see Laurence at 29 Duke Street, he’s happy to let you browse, give you advice and even organise alterations that are needed.
Laurence is now open during June on Sundays from 11.00am.
