You will play a vital role in integrating Invesco’s two UK company secretary teams: Investment Trust business and FCA/PRA regulated entity business. Leading and developing the team, you will ensure the provision of a high quality and cohesive approach to corporate governance and secretarial services across Invesco’s UK asset management business. You will have the autonomy to make an impact – bring together and restructure the teams, and act as key point person for EMEA senior management.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will:
- Have extensive UK Company Secretary experience and knowledge of UK Company Law and regulatory requirements including FCA Listing Rules.
- Thrive on managing stakeholder relationships with your exceptional gravitas and credibility
- Be very comfortable with developing teams
