As a mature lady who cycles and have used that section of the road I have observed that Zoom have closed the pavement and also reduced substantially the width of this busy road. I am not sure if traffic lights were in use on the day the poor woman had her accident but they should have been for everyone’s safety. I do hope that witnesses come forward and that she makes a full recovery.
