The Christmas story, Follow the Star is back at Holy Trinity Church this December from 8-11 December.
Families will be led in a small group by a Wiseman following the star to meet characters from the Nativity story, where you will listen to the Christmas story unfolding, discover clues and be given fun activities to enjoy. The magical story will start in the church yard at the bazaar stall where the delights of herbs and spices could be smelt and guessed and leads through the church which is beautifully lit up. On Saturday 11, there will also be live donkeys at the church too.
Local primary schools (Valley Road, Badgemore, Trinity and Rupert House) have helped with the production by making houses for the Bethlehem scene again this year as part of their Christmas religious education.
Sam Brewster, Minister, Trinity at Four Henley said, “We’ve brought this popular production back again this year after last year’s success. It will again be tailored to small groups and timed entries for families who are perhaps unsure about attending packed Christmas church services this year.”
