Communing With Campbells – Tour of Costa Rica Village

Henley Herald La Ecovilla Tour from Anthony Campbell on Vimeo.

Our time at La Ecovilla in Costa Rica is drawing to a close. It’s been an incredible 2 and half months here. We’ve learned so much and it’s been incredible to be welcomed and accepted by the whole community here. More than that it’s been exhilarating to be part of their pioneering spirit in terms of the way they live their lives. This weeks video is rather long but for those of you interested in this community it’s a must watch.
It’s been an interesting week for the Campbell family. We were originally meant to be flying to Los Angeles to start the next leg of our adventure in the USA a couple of weeks ago but our flight was cancelled and rebooked for this Monday 24th January. Or so we thought! It turns out the airline actually rebooked for 24th February. Thank goodness we checked the physical tickets, not before we’d booked PCR tests and airport hotel etc! Anyhow the long and the short of it is that we now find ourselves here for yet another week but at short notice there is no where within La Ecovilla for us to stay. So we are staying at a neighbouring ‘off grid’ community called Tacotal. Living in another community obviously ties into our whole mission so we feel pretty goo about the way the universe has moved with us. The kids will head to the local school Casa Sula for the week and I will make a film specifically about the alternative education system that Casa Sula offers.
Fingers crossed there are no further hiccups with our flights we should be leaving Costa Rica on the 1st February. Until next week.
