Situation Vacant – Data Management Officer (Part-time)


£9,287.88 per annum
20 hours per week, term time only (38 weeks per year)
Ideally worked between 9a.m – 1p.m Monday to Friday

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for recording, managing and presenting aspects of data relating to student progress and assessment.

Using specialist software, you will produce reports for parents and carers,  and for school leaders to enable them to monitor student progress towards individual and whole school targets. Assisting in the examinations process will also be part of this role.

We are looking for someone methodical, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle large volumes of data. Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Google docs is essential.  Experience of using SIMS and/or SISRA would be an advantage.

We offer a term time only working, membership of the local government pension scheme and some flexibility with regard to hours of work, depending on the needs of the school.

(NB: plus potential opportunities to work between 50-70 additional hours per year, during busy periods including during exam weeks, GCSE exam results week and preparation for start of school year).
