Henley Library Festive December Events

Henley Library have got a great line up of events for the festive season in December.

Board Games Night (Friday 9 December 5:30 – 7:30pm): Bring your own games or use the ones in the library; as this event coincides with the Mince Pie Evening, the complimentary mince pies and hot beverages will be included.

Mince Pie Evenings (Fridays 5.00-7:30pm): Come to the library and can get complimentary mince pies and/or hot beverages (coffee/tea/hot chocolate) to consume in the library.

Coffee Mornings (Thursdays 9:30am till noon): Come to the library and get complimentary hot beverages (coffee/tea/hot chocolate) to drink in the library.

Storytime (Saturdays 10:30 – 11:00am): for children who might want to enjoy hearing short stories by our talented story tellers.

Rhymetime (Mondays 9:30 – 10:00am): for our youngest borrowers who can come to listen to nursery rhymes and Christmas themed songs.

Card Making (20 December) Bauble Making (22 December) Junk Yard Modelling (29 December) (2:00 – 3:30pm): Card/Bauble Making are events for children and their parents or carers; they’ll be able to create Christmas cards and ornaments – or anything they want out of clean and safe rubbish during Junk Yard Modelling.

Christmas Rhymetime with a Special Guest: Tuesday 13 December at 3.00pm. This is a rhymetime for our youngest borrowers run by our special guests – one of which might or might not be the Father Christmas.
