About the Team & Role We are a small team, currently consisting of three people each with specific responsibilities. The vacancy we are recruiting for will primarily involve the management of the self storage customers in a job share capacity. The role will also involve running the associated packaging shop and responsibility for DPD pick up and drop off processing. Your office will be located adjacent to the reception.

Self Storage The role will involve move in’s and out with completion of appropriate paperwork and training on our software package, Space Manager by Radical. Experience of this package or alternative self storage management software is not essential but preferred. The ability to use this package going forward is fundamental to the role and training will be provided to enable full use of the package.

Henley Box Shop This is an area that we look to expand and promote and will be part of your role. As the only packaging shop in town we have a niche market selling a selection of boxes, bubble wrap, paper and tape etc. The till system is simple to operate, stock taking and ordering additional stock will also be your responsibility. Bonus scheme will be offered to reflect growth on sales.

DPD Drop Off/ Pick Up We hold on average 20-30 packages a day that are collected by customers when they are not delivered to their homes. On average we have around 10 visitors a day. The system is run by a simple hand scanner and requires an inventory once a day. There will be the some postal and packing once a day, It is simple to operate

Reception Area We have a small reception area which needs to be kept tidy, coffee machine topped up, dishwasher filled. The role will involve keeping this area tidy during the day for the enjoyment of visitors.

Hours The position is an attractive Friday & Monday 8am to 6pm (1hour lunch) and Saturdays (flexibility) 8am to 1pm (up to 23 hours) with the opportunity for extra hours on Bank Holidays & Saturdays (not essential) The position is operated Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday by another person.
