Justin Wins Second Angling Match in a Row

Justin York won his second match in a row this weekend on Cottage Reach Blue section with a massive weight of 9lb 13 oz, nearly double the weight of last week’s catch for the Remenham & Henley Angling Society.

The runners-up on a very wet Sunday were James Morl and Gary Fullbrook with 5lb 8oz.

Adrian Vincent is still winning this year’s league with 32 points but Gary has closed the gap to 3 points with 29 in second place by coming runner-up this weekend.    Adrian only caught 4lb 4oz on Sunday.  Justin is still in fourth place in the league but now has 20 points after this weekend’s win.

In the Still Waters match at Wood Lane, Ivor, Peter Bowles (pictured below) landed a massive catch of 53lb 4oz, Dick Shillito came in second place with 31lb 9oz and third was Darren Simons with 26lb 12 oz.
