BBC4 Any Questions? at Shiplake Memorial Hall

Shiplake Memorial Hall will be hosting the live Any Questions? radio programme on Friday 31 May from 6:30-9:00PM.

The event is free to local residents with limited tickets available and pre-booking is required.  Tickets are available from 1 April.

Any Questions? was first broadcast in October 1948. Every week it visits a different part of the country with a panel of four speakers who answer topical questions from the audience. The programme provides the opportunity for people to challenge politicians, policy makers, writers and thinkers. Hosted by Alex Forsyth.

The quality of the questions that the audience ask is crucial to the success of the programme. Attendees can submit questions on any topic. The programme panellists will be announced once they are confirmed.

I want to ask the government about their plan to remove NI and what effect will that have on income tax. As that currently stands at 62% of revenue from income tax I estimate a 6-7% increase in income tax to cover the shortfall.
