Phil invites you to join him to take on 5K a day for CALM
Phil Stubbington is taking on a 5k a day in October for Campaign Against Living Miserably.
Phil said, “I’ve recently lost a friend and former colleague, Keith, to suicide and I’m raising money to support their lifesaving services. If you would like to join the team you can join at https://www.justgiving.com/team/keithd?invite=true. People can do their 5k a day at anytime, anywhere – and by walking or running. With Henley being such an active town, it would be great to show how the town can support such an important initiative.”
Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) helps people who are feeling hopeless and standing together to show life is always worth living. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. CALM exists to change this – by offering life-saving services, provoking national conversation, and bringing people together to reject living miserably.

I’m currently (as of 16th October 2025) at 102k (65k running and 37k walking) as part of this challenge.
We would be grateful for any further donations to reach (or preferably exceed) our fundraising target.
