Further to our recent correspondence and the significant delays on 5 and 6 July, I can confirm that arrangements are now in place for you to claim void day payments for both dates.
Your local ticket office will be happy to make the arrangements for you, or you can claim the payments, or extra days, when you renew.
I am sorry for the extensive delays you experienced and would like to reassure you that we are fully supporting Network Rail with their investigation to ensure this does not happen again.
