The Joint Henley and Harpsden Neighbourhood Plan has been created by listening carefully to the views of residents and businesses. When it is complete, the Neighbourhood Plan will promote, guide and enable sustainable development in Henley and Harpsden. It will also help to protect our natural environment and local heritage.
The Neighbourhood Plan Committee want to receive your feedback on the draft plan and its supporting documents. Every response will be carefully considered. The committee will use the feedback they receive at this stage to produce a revised version of the Neighbourhood Plan.
Councillor Ken Arlett, Chair of the Neighbourhood Plan Committee said, “The survey is open now – please do fill it in. We need to have your responses in by 1 November at midnight. Local people and businesses have been very engaged with the plan, so if you are ready to complete it now – please do so. If you have more questions or would like to discuss any aspect of the plan, we look forward to seeing you at one of our drop-in sessions on the 15 and 16 October.”
Where possible, we request that the survey is completed online here https://jhhnp.org.uk/consultation/
Reference copies of the draft Plan will also be available to view at the Town Hall and Library until 1 November.
However, respondents can also collect a hard copy of the consultation survey from Henley Town Hall. Completed feedback forms can be returned to the Town Hall marked ‘Neighbourhood Plan Consultation’.
All feedback will be shared and will be made identifiable by organisation (where applicable). The Neighbourhood Plan Committee regrets that feedback received after the survey closes at midnight on 1 November cannot be accepted.
