Your team
You will join our well-established Finance and Corporate Strategy department, based in Henley-on-Thames. You will report directly to the Head of FP&A EMEA. The EMEA Finance and Corporate Strategy (FCS) team reports into the global FCS function underneath the global Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The EMEA team is led by Alan Trotter, who is the EMEA CFO.
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team are responsible for provision of financial analysis and insightful analytics to the business, including tracking of business performance against plan at regional and country level, as well as development of budgets and forward-looking analysis in conjunction with strategy. The team also partners with the business on projects including supporting analytics for new products.

Your role
We’re searching for our next Finance Manager.  You will be responsible providing business analysis to support the new and developing regulatory requirements for EMEA, notably the General Stress Testing & Scenario Analysis and Wind Down Assessments to support the ICARA regulatory requirements for 3-5 regulated entities in EMEA. You will support with the Authorised Fund Manager costs and Economies of Scale analysis to support the annual regulatory Value Assessment for the ICVC fund range in the UK (and potentially for the SICAV fund range in Lux). You will also support with the Legal Entity forecasting to support dividend recommendations.
