Occupying a 33 acre site on the edge of Henley-on-Thames, we are a co-educational academy with approximately 900 pupils aged 11-16 on roll.
We are very proud to have recently been recognised as potentially outstanding by Ofsted, who said, ‘This is a school where pupils and staff thrive’. In the last GCSE exams taken in 2019, our Progress 8 score put us in the top 10% of schools in the country.
We are offering an exciting opportunity to lead all aspects of IT services delivery in a school which has seen significant recent investment in IT. Technology is critical to all aspects of school life, from back-office administration, to front-of-class teaching and student-led learning.
If you are a talented and creative IT professional, why not join our committed, dynamic and friendly team? With passion and knowledge, you will support all our students and staff to harness the potential for IT to support education in the 21st century. In return, you’ll be able to develop your skills and expertise, working with a school that is committed to ongoing professional development.
Gillotts aims to maximise achievement through effective and inspiring teaching and support, so if you share these values and would like to join this supportive and high-achieving school, we’d like to hear from you. Visits to the school are encouraged.
