Chiltern Centre Hosts Artisan Fair
The Chiltern Centre held its first Artisan Fair in the Town Hall, at the end of April to raise funds for the centre which gives respite care for young people with disabilities.
All funds raised contribute to helping the Chiltern Centre to provide young people with a range of experiences, enabling them to spend time with friends, learn new skills and enjoy new opportunities, whilst their families enjoy a much-needed break.
Ruth Siddhorn, Fundraising Co-ordinator at The Chiltern Centre said “Every penny raised is vital to support the Centre’s work and I want to thank all the stall holders and Robinson Sherston our sponsor.”
The Fair was supported by a variety of businesses. Ali, from Bam Bam Rocks Designs said “ I have supported this event in the past and will continue to as this is a great cause.”
The fair raised over £1000.
