Hobbs of Henley Partner with Michelin Chef Atul Kochhar

Hobbs of Henley are delighted to announce an exciting new collaboration with AMOD Events by Michelin star chef, Atul Kochhar.

The new partnership with Hobbs of Henley will see AMOD Events offer a selection of bespoke menus to complement the special occasion and enjoyed when you charter one of Hobbs of Henley’s luxury vessels.

One of the first British-based Indian chefs to receive a Michelin star, Atul Kochhar has been at the forefront of championing high-end Indian cuisine for the past three decades. In addition to his portfolio of outstanding modern Indian restaurants and best-selling cookbooks, Atul’s nationwide bespoke catering company, AMOD Events, offers sensational Indian cuisine to small and large groups – ideal for weddings, corporate hospitality, charitable events and any occasion deserving first-class and flavourful catering.

The flagship four course menu includes dishes such as Atul’s famous chicken tikka pie; roasted monkfish with honey mustard dressing; Lake District lamb rump with aloo anardana and rogan sauce; plus ‘chocolate textures’ to finish.

A Royal Buffet is also offered, as well as an Indian Afternoon Tea menu featuring sandwiches such as tandoori chicken tikka coronation chicken; smoked salmon with lemon cream and dill; cucumber, green pea hummus and mint chutney, and an assortment of scones, mini cheesecakes and mini macaroons.

The Great Indian Thali is another highlight. Drawing on the concept of everyone being served together, from a big plate containing many dishes, the Maharaja Thali features dishes such as Kashmiri chicken tikka; Jaipuri lamb kebab; Goan fish curry; boneless laal maas; butter chicken; dal makhani; green pea pulao; butter naan; rasmalai, and much more. A vegetarian Maharaja thali is also served.
