Situation Vacant – Volunteer Co-ordinator

The River & Rowing Museum is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Volunteer Co-ordinator to help recruit new volunteers and co-ordinate the Museum’s growing community of volunteers. This position will primarily focus on volunteer recruitment, on-boarding of new volunteers, and maximizing volunteer success and contributions to the RRM.

Key responsibilities include co-ordination and development of the museum’s volunteer strategy, including partnering with local educational sites and other organisations to provide volunteer opportunities; marketing the roles available; overseeing integration of new volunteers and working with existing volunteers to ensure they feel fulfilled by their involvement with the museum.
