Henley Show Returns With All the Popular Attractions Plus Archery & Axe Throwing
Henley & District Agricultural Association are looking forward to welcoming everyone to the 2023 Henley Farm & Country Show on Saturday (9 September).

Of the three show rings, the Main one, this year will be showing a display of working farm machinery, show jumping, driving classes, Royal County of Berkshire Army Cadet Force Band, livestock, classic car and tractor parades, amongst other things, drawing the crowds every year. There will also be a wonderful display of heavy horses. Richard Savoury’s popular Sheep Show will be returning in The Village, along with a gun dog display and falconry.
Sheep and Cattle Classes highlight many interesting and rare breeds and this year for the first time there will be some pigs on show. Unfortunately, due to Bird Flu the very popular Poultry Tent will not be at the show for the second year running. Fingers crossed for next year.
The Produce Tent will be filled with entries in many classes including Tim Saint’s giant vegetables.
There will be a new Village area this year with archery, axe throwing and metal detecting. There will the annual a companion Dog Show too in The Village, entries are invited on the day. The schedule of classes is on the website. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
The organisers are delighted to welcome again the Giant Tortoises from the Seychelles who have become a regular attraction at the show.
