Situation Vacant – Part-Time Secretary

We are looking for a Secretary to join our busy and friendly law team.

The Role:

Location: Central Henley office
Type: Part-time

The ideal candidate will work as a valued member of a supportive and close-knit team. You will receive training on using a case management system and producing legal documentation.  Ideally, you will have:

  • experience working in a secretarial role
  • accurate audio dictation and typing skills
  • good communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • attention to detail
  • a good working knowledge of Word
  • excellent time management and organisational skills
